Homeowner files a claim with their insurance based on the information gathered during their roof inspection. The claim number should then be given to TLC roofing personnel. This authorizes us to speak to your insurance regarding your claim.
TLC roofing will meet with the adjuster onsite to make sure that ALL damage is documented and sent to the desk adjuster.
TLC Roofing will review the Scope of work from your insurance and verify that they have included all items that need to be included in your roof replacement.
TLC Roofing will perform the demolition of existing and install of your new roof per the insurance scope of work.
